Submitting a quote request does not create a booking or a binding agreement. Any quote we provide is based on the information supplied and is subject to confirmation of shipment details, vehicle and driver availability, and the terms agreed for the service.

Shipment status shown through the tracking tool is provided for convenience and reflects the information available in our systems at the time. It may not always be complete or current. For time-critical shipments, please contact us directly.

• use the tracking tool to look up shipments you are not authorized to view;

The Rapid Ride name, logo, website design, text, graphics and images are owned by or licensed to Rapid Ride and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own business use in dealing with us.
